George is a Senior Scientist at NESCAUM/NESCCAF involved with several aspects of the regional haze effort, coordination of the Monitoring and Assessment Committee, and support of the mobile source, public health, and air toxics programs.
Praveen Amar

Praveen is the Director of Science and Policy. His mission is to "translate" the implications of findings of science and developments in technology into workable and cost-effective policy options for our states. He serves as staff lead for the Stationary Source Committee.
Coralie Cooper

Coralie is Transportation Program Manager at NESCAUM/NESCCAF. She serves as staff lead for the Mobile Source Committee and works on light duty vehicle issues such as LEV and motor vehicle greenhouse gases.
Kathleen Fahey

Kathleen is an Environmental Analyst for the Science and Technology team. She is responsible for chemical transport and emissions modeling, with a focus on criteria pollutants and air toxics.
John Graham

John is a Senior Scientist at NESCAUM/NESCCAF and manages a number of data analysis projects involving criteria pollutants, mercury and other air toxics. In addition, John serves as the bridge between our air quality modeling team and data analysis team.

Reneé is the Office Manager and has been with NESCAUM/NESCCAF for over 10 years. She oversees the administrative staff and assists the financial team as needed.

Gail is the Finance Administrator. She works with the Financial Analyst and Chief of Staff; responsible for processing NESCAUM/NESCCAF accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining personnel, grant and subcontractor records.
Michelle Manion

Michelle heads up the Climate and Energy Team, working on applying sound economic and policy analysis to address global warming and energy issues, with a focus on renewable energy, distributed generation, energy efficiency, biomass, and cross-cutting issues of air quality, sustainability, and economic development.
Arthur Marin

Arthur is the Executive Director of NESCAUM and NESCCAF. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Director from 1995 through 2004. In his current role, Mr. Marin: oversees day-to-day operations; coordinates with Board of Directors in planning the organization's activities; represents the member states in regional, national and international forums; and maintains liaisons with federal agencies, other regional organizations, industry and the environmental community.
Paul Miller

Paul is the Deputy Director of NESCAUM/NESCCAF. He brings to NESCAUM/NESCCAF a background in science and law that provides the organization with legal, technical, and policy support for all NESCAUM/NESCCAF initiatives. He actively leads or participates in NESCAUM/NESCCAF projects involving criteria air pollutants, mercury, wood smoke, and climate change.
Debbie Newton

Debbie has been the Financial Analyst at NESCAUM/NESCCAF for over 12 years. She oversees daily accounting and financial needs as well as working closely with the Comptroller and Chief of Staff to produce monthly financial reports and year-end audit preparations.
Lisa Rector

Lisa is a Senior Policy Analyst at NESCAUM/NESCCAF who works on both the technical and policy side of NESCAUM/NESCCAF. Focus areas include Title V, NSR, Vapor Recovery, BART, residential wood burning, biomass emissions, and staff lead for the Compliance and Enforcement Committee, OWB workgroup, and Vapor Recovery workgroup.
Allison Reilly

Allison is a Climate and Energy Policy Analyst. She provides analysis, communications, and policy support to NESCAUM/NESCCAF's work on The Climate Registry, regional energy efficiency policy, and a variety of other climate initiatives.
Wendy Roy

Wendy is NESCAUM/NESCCAF's Administrative Assistant and assists the staff in all admin tasks including event planning. She also started NESCAUM/NESCCAF's Healthy and Comfortable Workspaces Initiative.

Charla is Chief of Staff and heads the Finance and Administration Team. She also coordinates the Clean Air Academy training program for state staff.

Jason is a Climate Policy Analyst with the Climate and Energy Team. He leads NESCAUM/NESCCAF's energy and economic modeling efforts, and contributes to a wide variety of climate and energy policy and technical analyses.
Eric Skelton

Eric is a Senior Policy Analyst with NESCAUM/NESCCAF's mobile source team. He reviews legislation and other regulatory initiatives and assists in development of positions on mobile source related issues.

Matt is a Mobile Source Analyst, focusing on emissions and energy impacts of transportation technologies in support of the Mobile Source Committee and the Northeast Diesel Collaborative.
Leah Weiss

Leah is a Senior Policy Advisor. She monitors policy- and regulatory-related activities, develops NESCAUM/NESCCAF recommendations and positions, assists states in SIP planning, and is staff lead for the Attainment Planning Committee.
Huiyan Yang

Huiyan is an Environmental Analyst for the Science and Technology team, providing the interface among NESCAUM/NESCCAF’s Multi-Pollutant Policy Analysis Framework (MPAF) modeling tools. She also assists with air quality modeling and emissions inventory for criteria and climate-relevant pollutants.
